Note: all volunteer data shown here are random names and numbers to ensure privacy

Using your existing PC network or a stand-alone computer, our Volunteer Coordination System (VCS) can keep track of volunteers' contact information, skills, availability, assigned schedule and locations, hours worked, awards, and more.  VCS allows simultaneous LAN/network access and if desired, Web access using the provided ColdFusion Web templates.     ** See Other VCS Screens **

For additional information, or to test or to purchase the Volunteer Coordination System, please contact us.  Here are some more reasons why you should do so:

  • Name lookups can be performed using advanced "sounds-like" technology or a "contains" option, both shown above, to ensure misspellings or partial spellings do not interfere with finding volunteer data.  Lookups can also be performed by Volunteer Number or Phone Number
  • Flexible reporting with query-by-example; includes custom mailing label generation
  • Extensive fields for recording skills and preferences can be customized to fit your organization; all such values are administratively defined for your organization and can be changed as needed
  • Powerful reporting allows multiple views of the volunteer information with flexible query criteria.
  • Use requires no training beyond basic Windows interface knowledge that most PC users already have. The interface is intuitive and simple, but powerful
  • Can be installed at a workstation in five minutes; most updates can then be installed centrally on the hospital server without touching the user stations
  • High speed of record retrieval
  • A finely tuned user interface allows use of shortcut keys throughout, so your users can employ the keyboard or a mouse as best suits the task at hand
